Bulk SMS Intermittent Delay on Outgoing Messages - Safaricom - Kenya

[RESOLVED]

There's currently a delay on outgoing messages to Safaricom phone numbers.

The delays is due to an application issue on Safaricom Network hence resulting in the delays.

Safaricom engineers are working to restore the service.

Premium SMS Service Advisory | Premium SMS - Subscription Issue

Dear Client,

We are currently having an issue with the subscription confirmation USSD pop-up for Premium SMS. This affects all shortcodes and only subscription.

The issue has been escalated and Safaricom engineers are working to restore the service across all shortcodes.
