Bulk SMS Safaricom Kenya - Incoming SMS - Shortcodes

[RESOLVED] 2200 Hours EAT

We are currently not receiving incoming messages sent from users to shortcodes on Safaricom.

This has been escalated to the Safaricom Network team to assist resolve the issue on their applications tasked with sending the messages to our endpoints.

We will keep you posted on the progress of resolution.

Bulk SMS MTN Nigeria - Bulk SMS Outage

We are currently experiencing a Throttling Error upon messages to the MTN SMS Gateway.

The issue has been escalated to the MTN Team for resolution.
