We would like to inform you that Safaricom has withdrawn subscribe manage indefinitely while they do some investigations as a result of spamming by one of our clients.
Kindly note that during this period, we won't be able to process any subscriptions to any of the shortcodes and keywords. Billing is however not affected and is operational.
