Bulk SMS Safaricom KE Delivery Reports

We have identified an issue affecting processing and updating of delivery reports for Safaricom numbers. Messages are processing as usual and terminating to handsets only the delivery reports are not updating.

The issue has been resolved, the delivery reports from messages sent before 12:20pm today will not update on the dashboard,only those for messages sent after 12:20pm.
