Dashboard Service Degradation on All Product Dashboards

We are experiencing Sevice Degradation on all our dashboards for all products we offer.

Transactional Data, Analytics, Expenditure and Balances are all affected by the outage.

Our Engineering team is working on Service Restoration.

Bulk SMS Messaging Dashboards Service Degradation

We are experiencing Service degradation on the SMS Dashboards specifically on the Outbox, Inbox and Analytics.

You may notice some transactions are not getting displayed and the Analytics are completely not loading.

Our Engineering Team is working on resolving this.
