We are currently experiencing connectivity issues affecting processing of Airtime transactions on Telkom Network

We are actively working on resolving the issue

We experienced an Outbound call outage today morning, which has been resolved as from 10:06AM EAT.

You may experience intermittent service delivery of Outbound calls but we are monitoring to have it resolved immediately.

Voice Service Advisory | Voice Downtime, Nigeria

Dear client,

We are currently experiencing outage on both inbound and outbound call services in Nigeria. The issue has been escalated to the provider and we are awaiting quick resolution.

We will inform you once the provider has fully resolved the downtime.
