We are currently experiencing degraded performance affecting all endpoints supporting the SMS API.

This is as a result of an outage on one of the services handling the processing of SMS requests.

Our engineering team has identified the bug and have deployed a permanent fix that should resolve the issue within the next 20 minutes.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
