This is to inform you that there's a planned network maintenance this Saturday 31st May, from 2359hrs (EAT) to Sunday 1st June 0459hrs (EAT). This will affect our products across the following markets:

· Côte d'Ivoire (Moov) - SMS
· Kenya (Airtel) - USSD
· Kenya (Safaricom) - USSD & Airtime
· Kenya (Telkom) - Airtime
· Malawi (TNM) - SMS & USSD
· Malawi (Airtel) - USSD
· Nigeria (Airtel) - USSD & Airtime
· Tanzania (Airtel) - USSD
· Tanzania (Tigo) - USSD
· Uganda (MTN) - Airtime
· Zambia (Zamtel) - Airtime

Kindly note that while the maintenance will run for 5 hours, you should expect a downtime of no more than 20 minutes. Nevertheless, our team will be on standby to assist with any customer queries and ensure that the downtime is as short as possible.
