This is to inform you that Safaricom has planned a USSD network maintenance this Friday 24th October, from 2300hrs (EAT) to Sunday 26th October, 0500hrs (EAT) so as to ensure resilience of USSD services.
This maintenance will affect all USSD codes on Safaricom. Whereas the maintenance will be conducted during low-traffic hours, the total anticipated interruption is 10 minutes.
We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time. Kindly run a test after the maintenance is complete, and reach out to us in case of any issues at ussd@africastalking.com.
