We would like to inform you that Safaricom will carryout a planned system maintenance on Monday 4th July 2022, between 0100 hours and 0130 hours.

During the maintenance, all services provided through M-PESA will be unavailable.

Airtime Service Advisory | Airtime delivery challenges in Ghana

We are currently experiencing challenges processing Airtime in Vodafone Ghana network

UPDATE: The issue has been resolved and the service is now working as expected.

We are currently experiencing an issue processing messages to MTN SMS Gateway.

The issue has been escalated to the MTN Team for resolution.
